Aditya Birla Capital Day 2020

Aditya Birla Capital’s ABC day has been running for 11 years and the 12th edition in 2020 was going to be conducted virtually and reached out to it’s largest audience ever. The highlight of the evening was recognising over 116 awardees for their accomplishments across diverse categories. The event culminated with a performance by Benny Dayal

The Process

The event kicked off started with a dynamic set reveal cinematic which showed the formation of the grand set. The set was also designed to incorporate a special entry for the CEO.

A wide curved LED was designed for the set was to engulf the speaker in the presentation media, and the presentation also made use of 3D graphics and data visualisations.

All of these effects were produced using Unreal Engine where we leveraged dynamic virtual camera movements, lights and special graphic effects to bring the multi-camera chroma recording into Aditya Birla Capital’s own virtual world.
