Forces of Nature is our flagship 360° immersive projection experience which debuted at Infocomm '24, India’s premier AV technology exhibition hosted in Mumbai. The goal was to create a truly immersive environment using state of the art technology, thereby pushing the boundaries of audiovisual experiences.
Projection Mapping
Interactive Visuals
The brief was to create a space that harmonises the digital with the natural, fostering a reconnection which is lost in modern day urban living. This installation serves as a sanctuary, inviting reflection and a sense of harmony.
An 9m x 9m enclosed room with projections on all walls, and the floor, seamlessly blended into a surround screen.
An ambisonic surround sound that follows the visuals and the story, and guides the users through the journey, for a 3D sound experience.
An interactive floor using sensors that track the movement of people in the space, impacting the visual content.
It is designed to captivate audiences with the beauty and power of nature, inviting audiences to reconnect with the environment by transporting them to various natural environments, each highlighting a different force of nature: the jungle, the underwater world, a thunderstorm in the sky, the inside of a volcano, and a botanical garden.
ULS Mirror projection technology allowed us to maximize our visual impact by covering the expansive 9M x 9M floor with precision and ease, especially with limited ceiling height, by redirecting visuals to span the entire floor effectively.
Playback, mapping, & real-time media processing was done with Pixera. This advanced software enabled seamless compositing & efficient media management, enhancing the immersive experience through precise, responsive visuals.
Our sound design featured ambisonic surround sound by Flux Immersive, delivering a 360-degree auditory experience that further immersed visitors, synchronizing with the visuals to create a deeply engaging environment.
TouchDesigner was used for interactive visuals that responded dynamically to audience movement, adding a layer of engagement. This powerful tool allowed us to create responsive, real-time visuals, enriching the sensory experience for each visitor.
