India is witnessing an exciting surge of new media artists who are leveraging mediums like projection mapping, generative AI, and interactive installations to craft multisensory experiences that challenge traditional notions of art. EyeMyth Media Arts Network—India’s leading community for new media arts—are fueling this movement, by platforming these artists, facilitating experimental collaborations, and reshaping the way we engage with and experience art.
Our longstanding collaboration with EyeMyth has been built on this shared vision of redefining artistic experiences. Over the years, we’ve collaborated to craft a variety of immersive experiences that invite audiences to engage with art in transformative ways. Each collaboration pushes the boundaries of what’s possible, and shows how new media can turn ideas into unforgettable experiences.
Our latest collaboration with them at Serendipity Arts Festival ‘24 was a testament to this, where we transformed an empty room into an immersive multimedia space for 3 extraordinary evenings of avant-garde digital experiences. Besides the technical planning and execution for this, we created visuals for 2 unique audiovisual performances that invited audiences to question the boundaries of art, technology, and imagination. This was alongside an exciting lineup of other extraordinary new media artists from the scene.

For the first performance, we brought back our IP Deranged Life, transforming the room into a canvas of contrasts — blending analog, new and genAI mediums resulting in a layered and thought-provoking audiovisual journey with electronic DJs Murthovic and Shantam.

The second one featured real-time interactive visuals that turned audience movements into a key element of the performance, reflecting artist YesNoMaybe’s core theme of digital existentialism. Both performances were an exploration of the blurred boundaries between natural and synthetic, deliberate and improvised, human and machine.
